After being asked to make a mix with no sugar alcohols for a long time, this is the answer. Lightly sweetened with prebiotic fiber and stevia (the fiber is from a tapioca starch so it is grain free), you have the option to add up to 2 tablespoons of erythritol if you choose to do so. Our mix is great to eat on its own or as a base for other mixes.
