3 tablespoons of psyllium husk (ground)
2 tablespoons of hot to boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup of sugar free chocolate chips or enough to cover
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
The batter should be thick, work it well and prepare to flatten.
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan or smaller with parchment paper.
Press the dough evenly at the base of the pan until a crust is formed.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Spread chips evenly and bake for 2 minutes or until chips soften.
Remove and spread the softened chips evenly.
Allow to cool before cutting.
Enjoy
*Helpful tip: This base would be great with some shredded coconut, nuts or dried berry pieces.
