Good Dee's Sweet Cream Filled Keto Pumpkin Bread - Multi Purpose Bread Mix

Sweet cream is our new favorite addition to our baked goods. You are going to want to top everything with this. Our pumpkin bread is easy to make, low carb, sugar free and of course keto friendly. Save money and carbs/sugar and premake our bread to pair with your morning coffee.

Here's What You'll Need:

Pumpkin Bread:

1 Good Dee's Multi-Purpose Bread Mix

3 eggs

1/2 can organic pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (increase to taste)

2tbs granular allulose or monkfruit (increase to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

pinch of salt

Sweet Cream Filling:

1 8oz block of cream cheese (room temperature)

1/3 cup powdered sweetner of choice (we like allulose or monkfruit) stevia will work just start with 4-6 tbs and increase sweetness to taste

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 tbs heavy cream

*Please note: if you prefer sweeter baked items add sweetness to taste. Going sugar free has all of our sweet receptors in different places. You can always give a nice dusting of powdered sweetner for your sweeter taste bud guests.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease or line a loaf pan.
  3. Combine all your ingredients for the sweet cream and set aside.
  4. Combin all your bread ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and create a well along the center of your batter.
  6. Pour in your cream cheese mixture as much as you desire. I like to reserve some for dipping or you can top with whipped cream once baked.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from bread.
  8. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy with your sweet cream reserve or top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Enjoy!
