This IS going to be your favorite high protein snack! You MUST try this, you'll fall in love and never look back.
Let's just jump into it
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup Good Dee's Soft Baked Brownie Mix
1/2 container Good Dee's No Milk Chocolate Frosting
3 tbs Chia Seeds (optional)
2 (5oz) High Protein Yogurt - we used Norr Organic Yogurt (17g of protein per 5oz)
Sugar Free Chocolate (optional) we used Skinny Me Chocolate Baking Melts
I like to make a big batch of this for the week.
Directions:
Mix your yogurt, brownie mix, chia seeds until combined. You can either pour this into ramekins or portion out for meal prep.
If you decide to top with melted chocolate for a crunchy top like shown in the photo - this is where you would top your portions with melted chocolate and chill for 5-10 minutes. You can use a spoon and crack into it.
