We have been loving our no bake recipes! It's the perfect solution to warmer weather and a huge time saver. What I miss most? Cookie dough...cookie dough ice cream, cookie dough with cookies, cookie dough bites.
We have been working and tweaking our low carb, sugar free cookie dough recipe and we finally nailed it. Fluffy, sweet, chip full cookie dough. Enjoy the low carb lifestyle with a side of cookie dough.
Here's what you'll need:
1 Good Dee's Sugar Cookie Mix
2 tablespoons of brown sugar replacement sweetener
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
8 ounces of room temperature cream cheese
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1/4 cup of sugar free mini chocolate chips
1. In a mixing bowl, mix your sugar cookie mix, coconut flour and brown sugar replacement until combined.
2. Add in your oil and cream cheese until fully combined. Using a fork will help keep it fluffy. Work those biceps!
3. Fold in your mini chips and prepare for deliciousness to meet your tastebuds.
4. Chill for 5-10 minutes or eat at room temperature.
*To store overnight - use an airtight container.
